What was your best business decision?

My best business decision was taking on the role of Lead Scanning & Client Services Associate. I’m able to work directly with clients through scan on demand requests, ensuring they get the file they need at warp speed. This also includes a lot of attention-to-detail skills to prepare files for sending electronically. Meeting client needs is what allows me to leave work each day knowing that our clients are satisfied and that my job is complete.

Who were your heroes growing up and how did they influence your life and career?

My heroes are my mother and my older sister. They taught me to never give up on anything that I wanted to do, and that while a task may not always be easy at first, there is light and a reward at the end of the tunnel. My determination to satisfy client needs is a definite reflection of what they’ve taught me, and I love them so much for it.

Where are you likely to be found when not working?

After a full day of work, you’ll likely find me at home spending time with my family and learning new crafting ideas with my son.

Danyell Williams is SRS’s Lead Scanning and Client Services Associate. Danyell is determined and energetic when approaching a task, and her attention to detail and consistency are a foundational part of SRS’s ability to deliver quality scanning and indexing services to client businesses. Danyell also works directly with clients to facilitate key aspects of SRS’s document management services, like our Scan on Demand service, applying her tireless work ethic to delivering the best experience to each individual client.
