Scanning/Indexing Associate

Secure Records Solutions seeks an Indexing and/or Scanning Associate
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Status: Full-time, Temp to Hire
This role is primarily responsible for performing document preparation, scanning and indexing tasks. This position is vital to serving our clients by delivering timely and accurate indexing and digitization of records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and assemble containers for indexing and/or prepare documents for scanning
  • Scan hardcopy files to electronic images ensuring high-quality output
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of NAID, HIPAA and client confidentiality and strictly adhere to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies

Driver Associate

Secure Records Solutions seeks a Driver Associate
Reports to: Operations Manager
Status: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Our drivers are the public face of Secure Records Solutions.  They externally serve clients and represent the SRS brand in every interaction.  These critical team members are trusted to transport sensitive client materials, comply with all industry and company policies and procedures, and engage with clients and co-workers in a friendly, professional manner. This position requires a significant amount of physical strength and stamina.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive our Mobile Shredding Truck or 16’ Box Truck to transport materials from client and SRS locations
  • Collect clients’ confidential documents for shredding in security bin(s)
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of NAID, HIPAA and client confidentiality while adhering to all policies and procedures on a daily basis
