I love the variety that comes with my job. No two days are the same, and I enjoy tackling different challenges. I get satisfaction from helping people find solutions, whether it’s a simple fix or something more complex.
What was your best business or career decision?
Moving into sales was a turning point for me. It clicked right away—I enjoy meeting new people and helping them solve problems. The satisfaction of helping a client find exactly what they need is hard to beat.
Where are you likely to be found when not working?
Spending time with my family—often watching my son, Cole, play college football or my daughter, Ella, play basketball—and enjoying the outdoors.

Jim Griffin is a Solutions Manager at Secure Records Solutions, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, sales, and business development. Before joining SRS, Jim held leadership roles in acquisitions, leasing, and asset management, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions across diverse property portfolios.
Throughout his career, Jim has developed a reputation for being attentive, responsive, and creative—skills he now applies to helping organizations navigate complex records challenges with clarity and confidence.
Jim is a graduate of Boston College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family—often cheering on his son Cole on the college football field or his daughter Ella on the basketball court. He also enjoys being outdoors.
