Questions & Answers

I’m a balanced blend of a homebody and an adventurer. I love the comfort of being at home, spending time with family, gardening, and enjoying peaceful activities like watching movies or walking my dog. But I also have a passion for exploring my surroundings and hanging out with friends—whether it’s spontaneous weekend road trips or discovering new places and experiences with those I cherish the most.

I chose SRS because of the company’s strong commitment to both team and family values. The culture is warm and respectful, and I love being part of an environment that blends the close-knit atmosphere of a small business with the energy of big, innovative ideas. Additionally, the freedom to implement new ideas and processes fosters my professional growth.

I support the CEO while collaborating with leaders across all departments on various projects, big and small. My work makes a difference because I help bring ideas or challenges to the CEO, helping the team find solutions or improve processes. Being supportive in this role is essential for fostering collaboration and driving positive outcomes.
