Have you made your company’s New Year’s Resolution?

If you’re still thinking about a New Year’s Resolutions for your company, we’ve got a suggestion. Get rid of months’ – or even years’ – worth of old paper by utilizing our one-time shred purge services.

Purge

A one-time purge shred is a one-time event where we destroy a large volume of documents at one time. Businesses in this situation often find it necessary to outsource shredding to a company such as Secure Records Solutions that is equipped with an industrial strength shredder to destroy hundreds of pounds of paper in less than an hour. Think about how long it would take your desktop shredder to accomplish that! We will even supply you with a

The choice is yours! We can either perform the purge destruction on site while you watch or we can take it back to our secure facility. Both are NAID AAA-certified, meaning both adhere to the industry’s most stringent regulations, and both utilize state of the art shredding equipment. And with either method, you’ll receive a certificate of destruction once your documents are destroyed.

Pricing for One-Time Shred Purge

Our pricing is very straight forward. There are no hidden or surprise charges! You simply pay for the number of our shredding containers, and the rate per container is based on the volume of paper you have to destroy. For a one-time purge service, if papers are not already in containers, we supply bins that hold the equivalent of about 10 small file boxes or 5 legal file boxes or 4 file cabinet draws.

Consider Implementing A Regular Shred Program

While some businesses require purges at the end of a particular point in their business cycle – after tax season for CPAs or at the end of the school year for educational systems, for example – some businesses like to start the New Year off with a clean slate.

But, as we’re in the business of solving problems and improving lives, we’d like to do you one better. Instead of ending up right back where you started on December 31, 2020 – inundated with unwanted paper – why not consider implementing a regular shredding service.

A regularly scheduled shredding service can save you lots of time, help with office organization, make your employees more efficient, and reduce the likelihood of a data breach. And at less than the cost of one cup of coffee per day, it will ultimately save your business money.

With a regular shred service, we provide you with the bin of your choice. We’ll drop it off at your office and pick it up based on your needs — monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or an “on-call service” where you call us when your bin needs picking up. We charge on a per-trip basis. Simple as that.

Let us help you start the New Year off right. If you are in our 100-mile shredding radius, including Thomasville, Tallahassee, Valdosta, Tifton, Moultrie, Albany, Bainbridge, Cairo, Live Oak, or Quincy, call us today to set up your one-time purge or regular shred program.
