Questions & Answers

As Client Services Manager, I am the go-between for the client and what they need. We do our best to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible. Communication is key, especially on the front end, so we set everything up in a way that the client has easy access to anything they need. I also act as the account manager for some of the more complex client relationships.

We’re a bridge between the way businesses used to operate – relying heavily on paper documents – and the new way. And in many instances, we help get them to that point, especially with document management. A good example is when healthcare facilities convert to an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, but they don’t know how to deal with historic paper records. When the cost to scan is astronomical, we’re able to provide the gateway in an efficient and affordable manner.

Several years ago, we went on a multi-family cruise to Alaska. It was amazing, and there were bald eagles everywhere.

Joining SRS was the best business decision I’ve ever made. I called Christopher up and told him I wanted to work here, and it’s been more than I could have imagined.

The family environment is first and foremost, and the people I work with are the best part of the SRS culture. No matter what business venture SRS does, I feel confident that this team of the people will always stick together.
