ATLANTA, GA — The SRS Consulting team has just completed another EHR conversion project for a large regional healthcare provider in Georgia. This is the fourth such project over the last year. Secure Records Solutions has gained a reputation within the state system as the preeminent project management team for healthcare providers making EHR conversions in compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s digitization requirements.

A detailed analysis and project mapping exercise led to several recommendations for more efficiently managing patient data in a server-based electronic health record software. The SRS project management and scanning teams coordinated to complete the document conversion and simplify client workflows over a period of months. A final estimate concluded that the SRS team reduced the cost of the EHR conversion project by 80%.

Christopher Jones, Consulting Team Leader for SRS, commented “We are committed to getting to the root of the problem our clients are trying to solve. Sometimes that means asking them to take a step back from making a purchase to ensure they’re buying a solution.”

The Consulting team continues to lead the growth of SRS by identifying unique problems that scanning, storage, and shredding may not solve on their own. These problems have taken SRS all over the country to develop solutions for the Fortune 1000, healthcare systems, financial institutions, and many other organizations.
