Founded in 2003 by Powell Jones, SRS is a family-owned business built around Christian principles. We are dedicated to providing solutions tailored to our clients’ needs through a consulting approach. We don’t sell predetermined sets of one-size-fits-all products. The family business continues to grow; Powell and his son Christopher Jones own and operate the business together.
We have developed a reputation as thought leaders in the industry. Christopher took over as President of PRISM, our international industry association, in May. We are also very involved in NAID, where SRS was recently profiled by Allegheny Shredders in their 2018 Shredding Industry Report on the unique ways our business is growing.
We are solutions people. The direction of our business has been determined by working with hundreds of clients to determine a unique solution to each of their specific problems. Over 15 years, we’ve developed many new service areas by listening to them, and thinking creatively about what a real solution looks like, not a sale.
Records management is where we started, but our philosophical foundation is in problem solving. We anticipate our ability to solve problems for our clients in the future will lead us to a diversity of new service areas.

CHIEF PROBLEM SOLVER
Christopher has developed a reputation for designing and managing projects to develop and improve the Information Governance of our 500+ clients operating in 48 states and abroad. Recent engagements have involved management consulting, electronic content management software conversions, and business process outsourcing related to records management, document scanning, and shredding. Christopher has just been elected President of our international industry association, PRISM. Recently, Christopher was interviewed in the 2018 Shredding Industry Report.
CHIEF SECRET KEEPER
Powell developed the concept for Secure Records Solutions after growing and selling a regional produce distribution business. He brings extensive RIM industry leadership experience, as well as the wisdom of running a company with 120+ employees and $50M in sales. His expertise in procurement, logistics, contract negotiations, and revenue cycle play a large role in our management consulting engagements.
Lisa has 15 years of property management experience in highly competitive markets. Her expertise in revenue cycle management and expense reduction are integral to the efficiency of SRS. With a degree in Consumer Economics, Lisa oversees HR, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Internal Projects.
Brett leads most operations functions of the business, in addition to project management and business process outsourcing. Specifically, he oversees document storage; confidential destruction; facility maintenance; asset and fleet management; audits of inventory; certification, compliance, and security.
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Kari is passionate about solving problems, and has developed an expertise in all aspects of client service over eight years with the company. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of our Inventory Management software and individual client relationships, Kari manages a team of client service associates.
